Early in the morning on December 9th, 2009 a mysterious spiral of light appeared over Norway. The strange phenomenon was seen and captured on film by thousands of Norwegians. Majority of people initially believed the spiraling lights were the work of UFOs, however, it was later determined that the spectacle was caused by a failed missile launch.

A few UFO enthusiasts are claiming that damage to a Lincolnshire wind turbine was caused by a mystery unidentified aircraft. In the early hours Sunday, one of twenty wind turbines was discovered to have a badly damaged blade and a completely missing a 66ft blade.
The County councilor for the area, Robert Palmer kater recounted seeing a “round, white light that seemed to be hovering”.
Local ufologists said they had received many reports of activity in the area and had teams searching for clues.
During a solar eclipse Chinese scientists filmed a UFO for over (40) forty minutes. Scientists at the Purple Mountain Observatory in Nanjing, confirmed that they have captured 40 minutes of footage of a unidentified flying object that appeared during a solar eclipse earlier this summer. They have also stated that research has already begun on the footage to determine what the UFO could be.
The Scientists at the Purple Mountain Observatory were not the only ones to view the UFO on July 22, 2009. Dozens of eyewitnesses from Deqing (Guandong Province), claim to have seen the unidentified flying object zooming through the air.
